Adult Classes At Inspired Aerial Arts!
Next week marks another fun filled 4 week session for our beginning students at Inspired Aerial Arts! If you have been interested in giving it a try, now is the perfect time to step in!
Here’s what we have available for absolute beginners:
Adult Beginning Hammock
Aerial hammock is a close cousin to aerial silks, with the key distinguishing difference being that the silk is looped to form a hammock. This introductory class to aerial hammock teaches you the basics in a fun, supportive, and uplifting class! We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.
4 week session.
Saturdays @ 12:15pm Beginning June 6th - Sign up!
Adult Beginning Lyra
This class works on teaching and refining foundational lyra skills. As we gain comfort, we will begin to progress into more complex and strength based mounts and skills, as well as continuing to refine and cement foundational skills. We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.
4 week session.

Adult Beginning Silks
Beginning aerial silks is a cohesive 4 week course designed for absolute beginners. We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis. Be prepared to try hard with a great attitude. We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard. We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.

Mondays @ 6:00 pm Beginning June 1st- Sign up!
Wanting to try, but worried you’re not quite “in shape” enough? Ridiculous! You get strong in aerials be DOING aerials! We will meet you where you are and build your strength and confidence as we go along!
