Join Maebelle Hamlin as she breaks down and teaches two unique and adaptable flows: One on cube and one on straps.

This workshop is structured to teach specific movements and flows on each apparatus, as well as give you time and movement prompts to explore and move in your own style on each apparatus.

Straps can be very strengthy and strenuous, so for this reason, we recommend aerialists be at our continuing level or beyond to participate, or if traveling from another studio, we recommend you being intermediate level or higher in your current apparatus.
