New 4 week sessions start this week!
We’ve got a big list of 4 week classes starting up this week! Here’s the rundown of of Adult and youth classes available for sign ups this week!
Adult Classes
Adult Beginning Lyra
This class works on teaching and refining foundational lyra skills. As we gain comfort, we will begin to progress into more complex and strength based mounts and skills, as well as continuing to refine and cement foundational skills. We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.
4 week session.

Adult Beginning II Lyra
This is a combination class for our beginning and beginning II level students. We will begin class reviewing and refining basic skills, and for those ready, we will add elements requiring additional skill and flow. As we gain comfort, we will begin to progress into more complex and strength based mounts and skills, as well as continuing to refine and cement foundational skills. We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.

Adult Beginning Hammock
Aerial hammock is a close cousin to aerial silks, with the key distinguishing difference being that the silk is looped to form a hammock. This introductory class to aerial hammock teaches you the basics in a fun, supportive, and uplifting class! We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.

Adult Beginning II Hammock
This class pick up where our beginning hammock left off! We will continue to explore more complex wraps and choreography as we develop strength and ease in the hammock. Any students who have completed beginning silks or beginning hammock are welcome to attend! We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.

Saturdays @ 11am beginning February 28th- Sign up!
Adult Beginning III Hammock
This class picks up where our beginning hammock II left off. This class will require a substantial increase in strength and endurance as we explore longer sequences, with more strength based skills peppered in for flavor. Students need to show ease and flow in beginning II class material before moving up to this class! We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.

Adult Beginning Silks
Beginning aerial silks is a cohesive 4 week course designed for absolute beginners. We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis. Be prepared to try hard with a great attitude. We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard. We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.

Adult Beginning II Silks
Beginning aerial silks II is a continuation of our beginning course. This class will begin to work more on finding comfort with climbs, locks, technique, and strength for inversions. We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis. Be prepared to try hard with a great attitude. Many students plan on staying in this level for a few sessions, as it takes time to build strength and ease before moving up to the next level! We recommend wearing leggings and and a form fitting shirt or leotard, or a shirt that can be tucked in.

Adult Beginning III Silks
Beginning III Silks picks up where beginning II left off! This class will focus on building strength and endurance on the silks. This class will work on fine tuning our hip key, and our most basic double foot lock skills, and learning a few more strenuous climbing variations. We will begin to work on skills involving inversions and progress in difficulty on a weekly basis. Be prepared to try hard with a great attitude. We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard.

Youth Classes
Monkey and Me Aerial Class
This three week session will be a class focused on exploration and body movement for you and your little monkey. Each week will be a 45 minute class of creative movement, time on aerial silks/hammock, and collaborative conditioning. After each session if your monkey is still up for some movement, we will have 15 minutes of free time for you and your monkey to play around.
We understand that babies and toddlers can be a bit hot and cold so we will be as supportive as possible while also structuring our learning towards fun and free movements that both you and your monkey will enjoy! Children must be 9+ months to attend for the best experience for you, your monkey, and everyone else in the class.

Mini Monkeys
This aerial class designed specifically for youth age 4-5 features creative movement, unique aerial challenges, and locomotor and spatial development through fun and movement! This is a fun blend of dance, gymnastics, and aerial movement all bundled into one super cute class designed just for this imaginative age group!

BEGINNING YOUTH AERIAL SILKS AGES 6-8
This beginning silks class is a cohesive 4 week course designed for absolute beginners ages 6-8. This specific class is geared towards our youngest demographic, with just a little more creative movement and play peppered in to keep things feeling fresh and fun! We will progress in skill and difficulty on a weekly basis. Be prepared to try hard with a great attitude. We recommend wearing leggings and a form fitting tank or leotard. Please no shorts, as this can cause painful fabric burns on the legs.
